On September 18, as part of the Serious Organised Crime and Anti-Corruption Evidence SOC ACE Research Programme, CISA Professors Dr. David H. Ucko and Dr. Thomas A. Marks published "A Framework for Countering Organised Crime: Strategy, Planning and the Lessons of Irregular Warfare." This report adapts CISA's irregular warfare planning toolkit to the problem of organized crime, so as to guide assessment and response to this challenge. Read the Framework here.
