Mobile Education Teams (METs) Overview

CISA deploys mobile education teams (METs) to key partner countries to extend the Regional Defense Fellowship Program (RDFP) network, build partnership capacity in irregular warfare, and enable mutual exchange and learning.

METs provide international partners and NDU alumni the opportunity to:

• Participate in continuing engagement and education seminars;
• Build capacity for analyzing and responding to the whole range of IW challenges;
• Extend the RDFP operational network of senior national security practitioners.
