Bianca Sanchez is a fourth-year student at Virginia Tech, pursuing a major in International Relations and a minor in National Security and foreign affairs. She spent this past semester collaborating with the Department of State through Virginia Tech, contributing to efforts aimed at combating violent extremism in the Sahel region alongside fellow students. Her academic interests include counterterrorism strategies, human security, immigration, and intelligence. In her free time, she enjoys working out, reading, travel, and spending time with her friends and family.
