Jacob (Jake) Dobersztyn is a Business Support Manager for the National Defense University's College of International Security Affairs. With a unique background in Sport Psychology and Leadership Studies, Jacob utilizes his experience in cognitive performance to fuel his passion for working closely with others to break down performance barriers, and shatter expectations. Jacob’s goal in any environment is to take on big ideas, turn thoughts into action, and make an impact no matter the circumstances. Jacob is currently fulfilling the role of Executive Assistant to the Chancellor and handles CISA’s front office communications.
As a proud graduate of West Virginia University, and a true advocate of the phrase “Almost Heaven, West Virginia”, Jacob holds closely to the Mountaineer mentality - always searching for opportunity, and constantly drawn to new challenges in uncomfortable situations.
