In early February, CISA Professor Dr. David H. Ucko and Dr. David P. Oakley published a policy paper on educating national security practitioners for strategic competition. Written as a Decision Brief for the Global and National Security Institute (GNSI) of the University of Southern Florida, the report argues for a broadening of the DoD's current PME system to bring in more civilian participants and perspectives, but to maintain the professional focus on creating strategies and planning tools.
