Mr. Charlie Sagner is a junior undergraduate studying Russian language and international politics at Columbia University. He is interested in the Russian intelligence community, special operations forces, and irregular warfare. Charlie was born in Washington, D.C. and grew up in the Bethesda area. Charlie is the Columbia University Outreach Manager for Brave Generation, a nonprofit that pairs college students with displaced Ukrainian high schoolers to help them with college applications. In his free time, Charlie enjoys photography, cooking, and reading.
