The College of International Security Affairs (CISA) is one of National Defense University's five colleges. CISA educates students from across the international, interagency, and interservice communities. Graduates include alumni from over 100 partner nations and every major U.S. federal executive agency.
The College is located in Abraham Lincoln Hall on the grounds of historic Fort Lesley J. McNair, Washington, DC. CISA also offers its Master's Degree program to selected students at the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (JFKSWCS) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
CISA's mission is to educate joint warfighters, civilian national security leaders, and partner nation counterparts in critical thinking to inform national strategy and globally integrated operations, under conditions of disruptive change, to prevail across the continuum of competition and war, with a special emphasis on irregular warfare.
